Grow up, I just didn't agree with this issue being compared with the problems 360s are experiencing.

DVD issues on the 360 issues are far more common than PS3 hardware issues in general. Personally I only had to deal with Sony customer care once, my PAL TV was years beyond warranty and showed a dead line of pixels, they fixed the problem free of charge.
