Porn can be harmful. It's possible to become very physically picky and judgemental towards your gender of preference. It makes real relationships harder as you seek the best physical bodies for sex. Porn makes sex more physical and less emotional.
Of course everyone reacts in varying ways and degrees to all things, but porn can be a negative influence for many.
