No offense but I see a lot of non-characters being listed. Personally, I''d have to say Psycho Mantis off the top of my head. Just hearing him discuss how he didn't care about the boss' cause but instead just wanted to see how many people he could kill was somewhat shocking. Rarely do we see any meaningful characterization in video games so I was blown away when a villain was revealed to have his own personal motivation. It's a shame that we didn't really get to see more of him.
