That was just... awful. It was like his brain just vomited out some words to make an 'article'.
I don't see anything in there that suggests Kingdom Hearts 3 will be on PS4 anyway, aside from the bleeding obvious (once it's made, it'll likely release on whatever Sony home console is currently out).
If Nomura's schedule is anything to go by, it'll be a while yet, anyway.
