Was this your first encounter with Dragonforce? Lulz, I love a noob. Definitely check out Valley of the Damned, Black Winter Night, Fury of the Storm, Soldiers of the Wasteland...hell, just check out all there stuff. They only have three albums so far, lol. But those four are a good starting point. Also, check out their video for Operation Ground and Pound, though they were forced to cut some of the song for the video.
Other bands you may enjoy if you like power metal:
Blind Guardian
Iced Earth
Sonata Arctica
Gamma Ray
Though none of these are quite a speed metal as DF. BG can be a bit progressive, and IE (my favorite band) incorporates a lot of thrash, as well as some progressive elements.
