OK. It's very sad, people die every day. Can't be helped. I also believe terrorist attacks should be allowed for the same reason. The prevention (gun proliferation) is worse than the alternative.

If someone entered a house with the intent of killing, assume the target is already dead.

It's not that I like either of those things it's just that on a purely utilitarian basis we can't afford to stop them. Choose something that affects more than a few tens of people a year please.

If you genuinely care about the fate of every human being from every part of the world, why have you not donated almost everything to charity? To save one life...
