Kwaad, it's an analog nub(I'd kill to have ps3's analog stick on there), and honestly it's awful, it's horribly placed it's too small to really like using. I'm looking for an after market version to tack on in hopes of making it better. Granted it's size makes it easy to slip away in the sock but I truly don't like it.
