yeah, that thing is stupid, I don't know what they mean by "second best" but my PC is about 15X more powerful than a 360 in pure FLOPs alone on top of other enhancements and I can safely say that I'm definitely not even close to "second best" since the best I've seen is at least 45X more powerful than a 360 and that'd put second best hell of a lot higher than 8X rofl.

Every time I read those specs in your sig I become sick with envy.

The video cards are not that good these days unless you crossfire them or I can't even run Guild Wars 2 max with FXAA at constant 60FPS, it was good maybe like a year or 2 ago, not gonna upgrade those until the really good new shit comes in 2014 or 2015, those will be nice new toys for sure! :)

Well that's...disheartening. Guild Wars 2 is one of the first games I want to play once I get my new PC, but my system isn't going to be even half as beefy as yours. What's your monitor's res? With specs like those, I would've hoped that you'd be able to run GW2 in 1080p at max settings without a hitch.

Guild Wars 2 is maxed out on my PC at 1080P, but if I was running single card, it'd dip to like 30-40some FPS, which is not something I enjoy since I can tell the difference right away. It's a game that can be taxing for sure.

Heh, I guess once you go 60fps, you can never go back. Looking at it again, GW2 does look quite nice, especially for an mmo. I guess I'll probably be stuck on medium.

Out of curiosity, is there any reason, besides heat and power consumption, that you'd want to run a game on one card instead on crossfired?
