I dont think it is a Vita game. If it was Sony would be ringing bells and screaming Aleluia and letting us all know.
Besides, it would be insave to invest on that kind of production values for a Vita game. There would be no chance to get a good ROI on it.
The Vita would desperatly need such an App, going Viral about it doesnt help it one bit. Thus i think this isnt for the Vita. In all honesty its most probably ground zeroes, otherwise is a different game that will also come out on the PS360 or next gen systems.
