I don't particularly care about the 007 license one way or another, but Eurocom did good work on Wii. Not sure if the decision to bring GoldenEye to HD consoles was their's and definitely sure they don't own the license to Bond games, but they were a good developer.
There are many examples of good developers who served an important niche on Nintendo consoles and later went under: Factor 5, Free Radical, Silicon Knights (not sure how good they really were tbh) etc. Nintendo weren't interested in bailing them out either.
I just hope they know what they are doing and make these decisions based on the right considerations.
