They already do in Retro essentially, many Retro members were part of the studio behind the N64 Turok games you can see it in the Prime games essentially, buying Eurocom defeats the purpose of them setting up Retro in the first place as Retro are Nintendo's dedicated western studio. For Nintendo to buy a studio they have to offer something their other studios don't really focus on much like Monolith do JRPGs (Nintendo's own rpgs can't really be classed as JRPGs), they'd much rather recruit people into their studios then buy developers left and right.
