Sony needs to just keep what they are doing. Keep the system at cost/profit, make games for it, encourage ports, enhance features, provide bundles, and cut the price next year once manufacturing allows to keep the system at cost/profit. The price will be lower, install base will increase, the game library will grow, PS Mobile will have hundreds of games, PS+ benefits will add up, PS3/PS4 integration will improve. A few million this year a few million next year won't kill a system that's profitable. Some worry about 3rd party support, but even 1st party support is strong enough to fill in the gaps. Full integration with PS4, PS Mobile bringing indie games and apps, and the future of Gaikai the system will become must have and it will sell more readily. For every 3rd party dev willing to make a game the 1st year there should be another willing to after the install base has a few million.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
