Absolutely.

 

The OP was a rant against everyone that says "it's only a demo, maybe the finished game will be better"

 

While there is an extremely remote possibility this is true, the odds are in fact seriously tilted against the statements apparant gauge of this being feasible. Generally the way people talk it sounds like it could go either way. In reality, it's a once in a blue moon event to not enjoy a demo then go on to enjoy the final product.

 

My issue is that this still seems to be happening! WFT? How many times will people need to be dissapointed by a crap demo followed by a crap game to finally accept "Demo = Game = Quality + or - a few points"
