It was quite a twisted line. It may look like a game for girls with all that over the top cuteness and pinkness (so it could be read if you are capable of enduring that), but the truth is that the game does have its share of fanservice (so this thing is for pervy males and then it does have a "different" meaning).

It was a reference to Guile's classic "Are you man enough to fight with me?" line in Street Fighter II too.
