Fanboys are pathetic, but they are a mere nuisance, not actively harmful. I'm actually starting to be more annoyed by anti-fanboys than by fanboys themselves, kind of like how I find fervent anti-hipsters more annoying than (the still fucking awful) actual hipsters.
The gaming industry has about a million billion more pressing issues than fanboys. This article is beyond stupid.
