Two University of Colorado campuses will soon feature dorms that allow students over 21 with gun permits to live there! ^_^ Are they Freaking Stupid?

The real issue is not allowing psychos buying, owning and carrying weapons. Psychiatric examination before conceding a gun permit, not only to carry weapons, but also just to own them, should be extremely thorough.
