Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2. Two of the best games of this generation.

Xenoblade Chronicles. Excellent JRPG.

And, for a bit of a different suggestion, I recommend Battalion Wars 2. Short but incredibly fun squad-based cartoony shooter.
