Sony is in a pretty deep hole compared to their competitors. Look at the PS2 and the original Xbox. Xbox had little to nothing market share while the PS2 was a juggernaut. I know the PS3 is catching up to the 360, but that is REALLY bad on Sony's part. A 2nd year gaming company (whose first console was a failure) actually is competing with Sony.
