I've always like the D-pad, I find it odd there are people who don't like it as much. I haven't had blisters on my thumbs since I bought Mortal Kombat for the Vita. Damn did that wear my thumb out. I doubt it has much to do with the controllers D-pad and more to do with the aggressiveness of use, but I could be wrong. I like the individual buttons, allows for more precision. I remember when PS first got the analogs, it took me a long time to warm up to them and I would often find myself using the d-pad even for games that provide an advantage with the analog.



Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
