He was joking. Besides maybe reading just a little faster if that the only difference is that Sony requires their own memory while Nintendo allows you to shop around for a nicely priced SD/ HCSD card. Remember Galaki = joke. Buying a SD card for the 3DS is about half the price or so as a PSV card.
