This month, we received the equivalent of 10 or 11 less voters than last month. As a result, we have 156 fewer points of data. Therefore, there are few major "winners" this month, seeing how almost every platform and publisher lost points. That said, some losses were more notable than others.
PS3
The PS3 lost 37 points since last month, but still dominates the charts with well over 300 points of data. As usual, The Last of Us led the pack by a comfy margin. However, The Last of Us was one of this month's biggest losers, only winning about 2/3 as many points as last month. This loss of points alone nearly singlehandedly explains the PS3's drop this month. In other news, PS3 exclusives in general have been losing a lot of points. Beyond: Two Souls lost 10 points, and God of War: Ascension lost a whopping 70-something% of its points, from 31 last month to a measly 8. It appears that the pos-E3 boom is at an end.
That said, some games fared well. Final Fantasy Versus 13 in particular got in third place on the PS3, possibly thanks to its reconfirmed development. Meanwhile, Okami HD debuted at an impressive 11 points, very good for a remastering. And a total of 29 games received less than 10 points, suggesting that PS3 owners have a lot to look forward to. Still, it was not a good month overall.
3DS/DS
The 3DS had a relatively uneventful month. After a major loss of about 80 points over the course of two months, it lost a mere 6 points this month. Combined with the additional DS points, it actually saw a 2 point rise over last month!
Four games had over 20 points apiece: New Super Mario Bros 2, Pokemon Black/White 2, Fire Emblem: Awakening, and Paper Mario: Sticker Star. And although games like Animal Crossing and Luigi's Mansion 2 continue to do rather poorly, they are made up for by games like Bravely Default, which received a moderately good 12 points.
Overall, it was a plain month for the 3DS. One wonders what will happen next month, after the much anticipated NSMB2 comes out.
Wii/Wii U
It was a harsh month for the Wii. Nintendo's current gen platform had a measly 20 points, down 42 points from a month ago. This was likely due to certain Wii fans not voting, but the fact that only two Wii games charted, Epic Mickey 2 and The Last Story at about 10 points each, certainly shows a negative trend.
Fortunately, the Wii U remained roughly stable month over month, losing a mere 4 points. New Super Mario Bros U grew to a solid 23 points this month, and Pikmin 3 hung up there at 16 points. Other notable Wii U titles with 5 to 10 points include Assassin's Creed 3, Project P-100, and ZombiU.
PC
The PC had a major problem this month: there were no notable games. Not a single PC game got over 6 points. The fact that the platform still got 70 points just proves how diverse the platform's library is. Still, without a single solid entry on the list, the PC is languishing.
360
The 360 only did slightly better than the PC, but at least it had a solid title. Halo 4 accounted for over a quarter of the platform's points, at an impressive 22. Below that though, it was the same story as the PC.
Vita
Persona 4 got 13 points, just under half the Vita points for the month. With FFX HD, 2/3 of Vita points went to PS2 remakes. Things are looking grim for Sony's handheld.
