No DLC is better than no game.
At this point, it isn't like the Wii version is competing with the X360/PS3 versions anyway. The Wii version would be there for those who only have a Wii and still want RB.
That said, EA/Harmonix are missing a lot of money on the table. Activision took a chance and now GH3 is slurping that dough uncontested.
There is no such thing as a console war. This is the first step to game design.
