While stating that ps3 won`t reach 100 mln. based on what? On FIRST year sales? or x360 sales? WHY not on PSone and PS2 sales? WHY you ignore PSone and PS2 sales/games-sequels?

Because it is selling significantly slower than the PS2 did world wide. This site doesn't have hard data on the PS1 so I can't make that comparison, but I suspect it would be less than favorable. Let me sumarize in a way you can understand.
FACT: PS3 is selling much slower than the PS2 in almost every market.
FACT: PS3 versions of PS2 games have sold far less than expected.
FACT: No console has ever had a turn-around like the one you are predicting for the PS3.
FACT: PS3 has lost a lot of exclusives since launch to the other competing systems.
