Lol not all Indians eat with their hands.

It all depends...

In certain areas British/Western culture had a bigger impact.

In certain parts of India, even back in the days (50+ years back) people ate with spoons and dressed up in dress shirts and coats for any event. Always had tea when guests come over and have tea in the afternoon.

I think in Northern India people do not eat with their hands, but in Southern Indian they do.

I remember I made a joke about a younger cousin who like eating with her hands "Stop eating like a South Indian!"

In what the layman calls Hindu culture everyone eats with the hands.

Good thing that's over. The British tried to impregnate the culture with their 'superiority' claims. One of the most underrated terrorist attacks in the history of the world. They should be ashamed.

Luckily Gandhi ended that.
