Given that the fastest growing market (China) are currently dominated by some form of PC gaming it could happen, as long is you include web bassed gaming portals as PC gaming anyway. China's online gaming market (MMO, F2P and web) grew from $1.6 billion in 2007 to $3 billion in 2010 ($USD). It also depends if you count tablets as PCs I guess as that is a rapidly increasing market and with Windows 8 being designed to run on tablets and desktops it is pretty easy to argue that they are infact PCs.

So those graphs are based on years old, dying consoles going into 2014 and 2015 while ignoring that by then their successors would have been out? Not very accurate predictions then are they?
