What Would be the Worst Apocalypse

I'd find zombies to be the worst apocalypse for me personally because I'm fat...so if I got caught by a horde of zombies I'd probably run for only about 1/4 of a mile before tiring out....might be shorter if they were zombies from Dawn of the Dead...
