No, the idea is completely ridiculous, and I can't believe many of you are for it. I live in a free country damnit. Also, what is a fat camp going to anyways? Does rehab guarantee sobriety from addiction. No.

Also, anyone who thinks smoking cigarettes should be outlawed needs to have their head examined. Sure, outlaw smoking inside, but outlawing it completely makes no sense. The jobs that would be lost and the taxes the government would lose would be ridiculous.

Making cigarettes illegal, but legalizing Marijuana makes no sense either, as that's a counter point to the original fat camp argument in the first place. Marijuana makes people hungry!!

I prefer to live in a country where free choice is applauded, as opposed to some place where ridiculous laws are set into place just cause you don't like something.

I'm honestly baffled at some of these statements.

No worse than the government giving my money to them to help them continue being fat. I don't care if people are fat and want to stay that way. That's totally fine. It's their choice. But when they're staying fat and I'm paying for it, I have a problem with that. Don't make me pay for it, and I won't make you stop being fat. Then you can be fat all you want, and do it on your own dime. That's my problem here. I can take care of myself far better than the government ever could, and everyone else could too if the government wasn't forcing it's way into every aspect of everyone's lives. I want the government to stop trying to baby everyone, because they suck at it and they have ended up making things less fair than they otherwise would have been.

What people need to understand is that with freedom comes responsibility. So if you want to be fat, more power to you. But if you expect me to pay for it, I'm gonna tell you that you can't be fat anymore, because it's my goddamn money.
