Yeah, I have no idea if they consider a low mortgage good because it implies you don't have much debt, or bad because it doesn't prove that you have a bunch of money to throw at it.

The fact that you don't pay much on the mortgage means you can pay a lot on your credit card ( at least I think that's what credit card companies think, doesn't mean that carrying a balance is a good thing..)

Just got the card today and the actual credit limit is 9000$...

I was actually happy with the 5k temporary but I guess I shouldn't complain...
