Microsoft takes it another step further, can't sue them for more then 5 bucks.
"Like Sony and EA before it, Microsoft has updated its user agreement to include a clause which keeps users from bringing a class-action suit against the firm. It has also limited its liability to the cost of one month of service, which is around $5 for Gold members, and zero for Silver members."
I wonder how far they can go with this "Use at your own risk" mentality. Most of these law suits are nonsense, but would we have seen a 3 year extended warranty for rrod if there was no risk of law suits?
What happened to the disc scratching law suits anyway?
