Serebii on Smashboards is the owner of Serebii.net, and he's debunked everything with Mewtwo in it's roster, pretty much confirming that Mewtwo is out.
Edit: obviously I don't expect you to know who serebii is, but you just have to trust me that he is a VERY credible source on everything pokemon. He posts on smashboards occasionally and debunks everything he knows for sure is fake.
