Because VGChartz has always only tracked hard retail copies of games. Not digital downloads.
Last Year, Alan Wake was bundled in with the 360 in the exact same way, a digital download code. The numbers were never counted towards Alan Wake total sales.
The point is - If VGChartz can track sales of one game, counting digital downloads, then VGChartz has to track other games with digital downloads sales.
