that's not what this thread is about at all, this t hread is about discussing what you do when you see a spider.  The popular belief is that it's okay to kill a spider if it scares you (Even if it can't hurt you) since spiders are considered less important than humans.



I don't agree with the belief that people should kill spiders out of fear. But for the people that do believe that, I was just saying that the spider-species-vs-human-species argument doesn't apply because those people are only harming one spider. The people that do believe humans are more important than spiders for the Earth are wrong though.
