If you are refering to : " In 10 years we will have this with seemless perfect 360 degree vision head and eye tracking and the highest possible resolution the human eye can peeceive." with your edit.
I mean ofcourse the highest possible resolution you cant differenciate from higher resolutions on the implemented screens.
Also there is a physical limit of resolution the eye can percieve meaning if the pixel density is higher then the density of rods and cones in your eye. But I didnt refer to that.
