They couldn't have made the Wii U in 2006, not in it's size or cost anyway. The same goes with the other examples. If they released the Wii U in 2006 it would have been a large console like the PS3 and the 360, it would have had heat and reliabiliy issues and would have cost too much. Nintendo would have probably gone bankrupt by now,
