Currrently i am capped on my internet, i am running at around 65kbps speed at the moment. But it feels that while i am on the computer everything feels slow and unresponsive when really everything that isn't connected to the internet is running fast and fine.
I get the same feeling when i am playing a online game and i am lagging, when it stops lagging it takes a good 30 seconds to de lag myself, and on lenghty lag seccions (Being australian, we get constant lag on online games :D) once i stop it feels the whole world is laggy. It werid when i get this, but its funny to move my arm around and go "Look its fully responsive".
Anyone get the same feelings.
