Actually, I'd say that whether or not something should be illegal is a very important fact. Unjust laws should be activeley opposed.

Not in this case, the law is there, if you don't abide by it you are a criminal, plain and simple. Unjust laws should be fixed, not broken. Anyway, either way, if this kid was a minor he probably would be breaking the law if marajuana was legal.
