Well, when you were trying to log on PSN it would say maintenance. But in their PR statement, they  said it was a maintenance due tu an intrusion and that they were also upgrading everything. With that said, I agree they should have been more explicative when it comes to the PSN message.

That raises the question... who reads PR messages.  I mean, another question is... did they even inform everybody?  The only reason I know is because of this website and online news.

Not everybody goes to videogame news sites... and Sony DOES have my email afterall.


I received and e-mail the 26, not you? I agree that not many reads PR messages, so yeah I think they should make it clearer in their PSN notice when you try to log.

I went to check my email spam folder just in case... and amusingly, as if they had read this thread... I received an email... literally just now.  Wonder what was with the delay.


LOL, such irony, its amusing. I think they said somewhere it was a long process to send the e-mails to all the account, maybe it explain the delay.
