Not really fussed, just goes to show that if you're famous enough, the media will blow your wedding out of proportion so much so, some people would think that jesus is coming.

As a British person I'm surprised you make this comment.

It's not about being famous.

It's about history, Heritage and the flag we have.

This is more important to Britain than Jesus coming.

I'm serious.

History, Heritage and flag? I don't see how any of those were affected today, nothing more than blood was added to the incest pond that is usually the blood is drawn from, during ceremonies such as this. This event is blown out of proportion, largely by tourists but I don't see how this is associated with our history in any way? Monarchy is dead and nothing but scandals and maybe little tidbits of usefullness come of it in the modern day and age. Sorry for being the cynic, but I don't see how the average person in UK is affected by this, in any way at all. If I were to use the clothes metaphor, Britain would be a suit and the royal family would be nothing more than a fancy tie clip or a belt buckle, it's an accessory.

Beats the constant stream of Katie Price's shitty news I suppose, but in terms of news, there are much more important issues that could be covered. I saw "Kate waves to the crowd, and the crowd cheers" news story on BBC front page yesterday - yeah that really is a sign that she's the next Diana or something.

It may be an accessory in todays yonug peoples minds. The problem without going to deep. Is lecturers teach young people some facts and figures.

The Monarchy is not that. You cannot teach pride, heart and unity.

When young people of todays society realise this, then the culture may regain some dignity.

On the contrary it was great to see many young ones today, feeling British pride.

The government isnt even remotely close to what is the prideof Britain. A Government that requests publicly not to fly St Georges Falgs in the World cup as not to upset the ethnic religous communities. Get real.

The Monarchy is EVERYTHING that is the pride of Britain. I hold my hand on my heart to our Kings and Queens when I sing my national anthem.
