RE4 was neither survival nor horror. You were literally tripping over ammo and health the entire game and nothing was scary.

It was an excellent video game, but a horrible Resident Evil game. :/

Ironically this is only really true if you kept dying every once in a while, which was the only way to reset the difficulty scaling.
