My personal take on this? Sony shouldn't have started suing left and right. It just wasn't justified then and it's even more unjustified now, but they've effectively corndered themselves, backing down now would invite more attacks and calls of chicken. I wonder if it's going to be worth it in the end, even if they do win.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
