Third parties can do good on Nintendo's platform if they make GOOD games which is often times rare, but there's already 5 third party games over 1 million in sales in a year, if they think having million sellers is dangerous territory they're just crazy, the only thing stopping them on Nintendo's platform is what they make of the games they make, IE if its shovelware, they're only trying to make money with no effort, if its a new a unique Idea or making an old idea even better, IE Rayman and Resident Evil 4, they will make money on the system.
