I have never played the first Uncharted: the reviews indicate Uncharted is not as Uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 has some of the best graphics ever seen in a video game and its graphics are a huge leap fropm Uncharted.
I own Uncharted 2, well it is a good game but not a great game because it lacks replay value. Uncharted 2 has online mode, but not my cup of tea.
Uncharted 2 I would rate around 8 to 8.5 out of 10. Lacks replay value once you have completed the game on Normal/Hard mode. Finding all collectibles and getting all the Trophies may add some value if you are into that sort of thing. Crushing Mode is impossible.
