I'll only count games I haven't beaten because if I started listing all games I haven't completed (as in finished all bonus stuff) it's gonna take a while.

Wii:

Will finish for sure: Epic Mickey, Kirby's Epic Yarn

Probably won't ever finish: No More Heroes, Tenchu: Shadow Assassins, Red Steel, Resident Evil: The Dark Side Chronicles

A special mention to Wii Play since I never played it, most probably never will.

PS3:

Will finish for sure: Ratcher & Clank Future: A Crack In Time

XBox 360:

Will finish for sure: Lost Odyssey

PC:

Will finish for sure: Batman: Arkham Asylum
