Also look at Wii Music the game was one of the worst new IP off all times and still went on to sell close to three million copies. And even with its horrible hardware problems on the 360, Microsoft managed to sell over 25 million more games when you compare the total sales of games published by Microsoft versus games published by Sony Computer Entertaiment on the 360 vs the PS3. Also since the PSP pretty much was a flop software wise with no new major IP's its hard to give Sony too much credit this generation. |
i thought we were sticking away from sales? Sure microsoft and nintendo sell a lot (microsoft relies on heavy advertising), but sony is the best at quality and variety. The only other publisher i can think of that comes close to sony is probably nintendo with their super mario galaxy, donkey kong, etc.
