No its not, the ps3 does not double the 360 in EU. lol!! 

Saying 360 is overtracked in Americas sounds equivalent to saying PS3 is overtracked in EMEAA. 360 is the domestic brand, and Kinect should be affecting sales significantly. PS3 also had only 1 exclusive in fall 2010, and that game got poorer ratings then it's 360 compeditor which was a year old. Also with CoD early maps, 360 definatly should be seeing sales in the two to one ration in Americas.
