IF this is true I hope it causes Nintendo to cut the 3DS price to 200$ US or even 225$. Sure the thing will sell out the first month and maybe this Christmas but next Christmas..... a 250$ DS with 3D and graphics between the 360 and Wii versus a PS3 portable with 3G costing 300$ might be a risky set up. They could always price cut it next year and give us earlier buyers 50 free nintendo points cards, though......
But then they would look like Apple's iPhone :P
But I guess it's also bold to to keep the price to show their confidence in 3D effect with no glasses.
