Depends on two things. Firstly, how secure Sony make it, which we can't really predict. Sony has shown themselves to be hit and miss with this.
Secondly, and much more importantly, it depends on how successful the NGP is. Being as there are dozens of threads calling for that prediction, it seems unnecessary here. If the NGP has the same degree of success as the PSP and PS3, it should remain unhacked for a fair while (assuming Sony doesn't completely mess up security on it) If it does become the market leader, then no amount of security will keep it safe for more than a couple of months maximum.
