well they can have the "Hidden Achievement" or the "????" trophies, so if they are worried about that then they should hide them, that way , the players aren't going to be seeing how to get them, and better yet not include a list at all, so that the player won't know how many Achievements/trophies they have left in the game which is where the "Suprise"comes into action
