@cobretti  Capcom said that??? the same Capcom that said RE4 would stay GC exclusive???? Why are you even believing these companies???? THey are all liars. As for RE5 as a man who owns the game, trust me your not missing anything. Sony users got shafted to as they had to buy another damn version of the game to use the Move function, no matter to me, it got boring quick anyway

@Darc Requiem  you answered your own question. They sell in JAPAN. THese games are made by Japanese companies, I dont think its hard to see the connection here. Its not like Wii fighters sell that well even in their home country (Tvs.C) had horrible sales. But you know what MvsC3 is right around the corner, it will do alright on both systems and then maybe Capcom will say WTH put it on Wii too.

As for people keep bringing up PSP, its not like the PSP and Wii have the same architect and GPU and its been around alot longer so devs have more experience with it. Anyone ever thought that might be a reason why you see fighters on there and not Wii. Just because they have similar graphics doesnt mean the insides are the same look at PS360

Oniyide you just crushed your own argument. Fighting games sell much better outside of Japan. This is a sales site, if you don't believe me look it up. Japan still has an arcade scene, fighting games don't sell nearly as well there as they do in the US or Europe where the arcade seen is all but gone. So porting to PSP limits to the region that sells the least fighting games. That makes no business sense.

The Wii and the GC do have  similar architecture and the GC launched in 2001. Soul Calibur II arguably ran the best on GC. So the Soul Calibur team obvious has a handle on the hardware. You are doing a better job of undermining your points than any of the posters that disagree with you.
