Awful story, heartbreaking (lack of) soundtrack, flawed progression, solid mechanics and a gorgeous engine/graphics. It might be the worst Metroid (and by Metroid I mean "real" Metroids, Retroid can diaf), but it's still a good game, and I see tons of potential in the foundation Team Ninja built. Hopefully Iwata and Sakamoto give them another chance...
